  • For prospective clients - we’ll discuss your goals and main challenges to see if it’s the right fit for your needs.

  • For all new clients.

    The initial consultation provides a comprehensive health assessment to identify the root cause of your symptoms via in-depth information gathering. It includes a detailed review of your symptoms, medical history, genetics, various body systems (gut, immune, hormones etc), lifestyle, nutrition, medications and supplements. Please submit previous test results beforehand.

    After your consultation, you will receive:

    • A summary with an analysis of potential causes.

    • A personal treatment plan which may include nutritional, herbal, dietary and lifestyle recommendations.

    • Testing recommendations (e.g. gut, hormone, microbiome testing at an additional cost).

    • A tailored prescription (supplement recommendations), available for online order and home delivery with a reusable 10% discount.

  • Follow-up is typically 4-6 weeks after your initial consultation, lasting 30 or 45 minutes depending on the complexity of your case. Frequency of follow-up consultations can vary ranging from every 2 to 12 weeks based on your specific health concerns, until your health goals are met.

    The session includes a review of your symptoms and progress, the treatment plan, tailoring the recommendations and a summary of the next steps.

    If you have not had a consultation for more than twelve months, it’s recommended to schedule an initial consultation to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of your health.

  • Interim consultations are to be booked for one of two reasons:

    1. If you would like more comprehensive support on your existing plan before your next follow-up appointment.

    2. If new test results also need to be discussed.

  • Acute consultations are designed to provide support for short-term health concerns such as: colds, flu, ear infections, urinary tract infection (UTI), thrush, gastroenteritis/stomach bug, and acute antibiotic support.

    Acute consultations are not intended for complex conditions, long-standing symptoms or a substitute for a comprehensive follow-up appointment.

Appointments can be cancelled up to 48 hours before and rescheduled up to 12 hours before an appointment to receive a refund. Please note an admin fee of £20 for initial consultations, and £15 for all other consultations is deducted from any refunds processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Sliding scale payment option - acute only

I think discovering and integrating natural support is the future of our healthcare. Our health is our wealth, and I would love it to be available and accessible to everyone.

So, if you are unable to pay the full price listed above I also offer a sliding scale pricing option starting at £13 - for Acute Consultations only (for now).

This can be booked through the same process as above.

For guidance on deciding where you fall on the sliding scale and how much to pay, please refer to the “Green Bottle Sliding Scale” model.

The basic option may be appropriate for those on universal credit, a carer, a student. Please consider all your resources before requesting a sliding option because it does not fully cover the cost of service and doing so may limit opportunities for others.
