The initial consultation involves in-depth information gathering, taking a comprehensive analysis of your current health to get to the root cause of your symptoms. It will include an exploration of your symptoms, medical history, genetics, whole-body systems, lifestyle and nutrition.
I will send pre-consultation forms for you to complete and return before the session. You will then receive a summary of your health analysis and potential causes of your symptoms, with an individualised plan which may include recommendations for nutrition, supplements, herbal medicine, lifestyle tips, and further testing e.g. bloods, gut health, hormone testing etc.
Supplements & testing are additional costs and will be delivered to your door.
10% reusable discount on selected supplements.
-
A follow-up consultation is typically 4-6weeks after your initial consultation.
This includes discussion of your progress and symptoms, reviewing your treatment plan and tailoring the recommendations.
-
Interim consultations are to be booked for one of two reasons:
If you would like more comprehensive support on your existing plan before your next follow-up appointment.
If new test results also need to be discussed.
-
An acute consultation is suitable for: colds and flus, acute antibiotic support, ear infections, urinary tract infections (UTI), thrush, and gastro/stomach bugs.
Acute consultations are not for long-standing symptoms or complex conditions.
Supplements are an additional cost.
10% reusable discount on selected supplements, delivered to your door.

“I was staggered by how much better I felt in 6 weeks and how some of my long standing issues had improved if not disappeared. Abbie is without doubt passionate about what she does and has an excellent understanding of how the body works and what causes the symptoms we have [...] I have no hesitation in recommending her.”

Sliding scale payment option - acute only
I think discovering and integrating natural support is brilliant and the future of our healthcare. I would love it to be available and accessible to everyone.
So, if you are unable to pay the full price listed above I also offer a sliding scale pricing option starting at £15 - only for Acute Consultations (for now).
This can be booked through the same process as above.
For guidance on deciding where you fall on the sliding scale and how much to pay, please refer to the “Green Bottle Sliding Scale” model.
The basic option may be appropriate for those on universal credit, a carer, a student. Please consider all your resources before requesting a sliding option because it does not fully cover the cost of service and doing so may limit opportunities for others.
